Policies

Workshops fill up quickly and enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. To reserve space in a workshop you may sign up online by visiting specific workshop pages and using your PayPal account.  Enrollment may also be done over the phone by calling our workshops coordinator. If you find that you are having difficulties or that you require more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

While class size will be limited to ensure an optimal instructor to student ratio, there is a minimum enrollment requirement for each workshop. Tuition fees include refreshments and catering when applicable. Accommodations and additional supplies are not included in the fee. Full tuition must be paid with your application.

If you are unable to attend, your tuition will be refunded to you, less a $25 administration fee. To be entitled to a refund, cancellation must be made no less than seven (7) days before the beginning of the workshop. If you cancel less than seven (7) days before the start of the workshop, your payment (less the administration fee) can be credited towards a future occasion.
